Values Assessment

Values, both personal and corporate, are measurable.

To measure your values, I utilize an incredible, highly regarded measurement tool that helps you clearly understand your highest priority values and how those values can drive your decisions, behaviors, and communication skills. The Hall-Tonna online Values Assessment Survey reveals important information that you can use as a clear map to help you make decisions going forward in all areas of your life: personally, professionally, and spiritually.

The Hall-Tonna online Values Assessment Survey is taken online from your location. This assessment quickly generates a report that will reveal where you are spending your time and energy, what might be holding you back in your life, and where you desire to go with your life (i.e. what gets you up in the morning) based on your values. (You may be surprised at your values – most people are!)

Once the report is received and you work with me, an accredited Hall-Tonna Values Coach to understand the report findings, you will have:

• A clear map as to where you are, where you want to be, and how to get there based on your values.
• A clearer understanding of why you do what you do, say what you say, spend money where you spend money, spend time where you spend time, and make the decisions you make in all areas of your life.
• A clear map on how to change your life so that you are more fulfilled in all areas of your life – personally, professionally, financially, and spiritually.
• A better understanding of how you interact with others and why you do what you do in that interaction.
• More control of your life from a very personal approach, starting with your personal values.
• A clear map to align your life and career with your personal values, which will result in a more fulfilling life and accelerated success. For example, if you are unemployed or looking for a new career, you'll be better able to pursue a vocation just 'right' for you, aligning your choices with your recently clarified values.
